• Model EGFC-01A is equipped with one filling nozzle
• Not only suit for cool filling products, such as skincare cream, cosmetic oil, serum, lotion, toner, shea butter, body butter etc...
• But also suit for hot filling products, such as foundation, concealer, petroleum jelly, face balm, balm stick, liquid powder, liquid eyeshadow, blush cream, cleansing cream, eyeliner cream, ointment, hair pomade, shoe polish etc...
• Both filling and capping are controlled by servo motor. Filling volume and capping torque can be set on touch screen directly
• With one set of 25L layer jacket with heater and mixer. Heating time and heating temp erature and mixing speed adjustable
• Heating can turn on/ off as demands
• The filling nozzle for room temp filling can move up/ down and achieve filling from bottle bottom to up
• Filling nozzle height can be adjusted as bottle/ jar/ pan size
• Piston filling system, easy product change and cleaning
• Servo motor control accuracy +-0.03g
